Corundum brick
Product description: dense high-alumina brick with >=90% Al2O3 fused/sintered corundum as the main phase.
Product features: extremely high refractoriness and excellent compressive strength; outstanding slag resistance and wear resistance; low high-temperature creep deformation.
Typical applications: glass furnace bottoms and channels, ladle permanent layers, RH refining units, and high-corrosion zones in petrochemical cracking furnaces.

Silicon carbide wear brick
Product description: SiC aggregate and matrix with Si3N4 or oxide bond in a thermally conductive brick.
Product features: high thermal conductivity; excellent thermal shock and wear resistance; outstanding slag resistance; oxidation resistance can be tuned by service conditions.
Typical applications: water-cooled wall transition zones in waste incinerators, aluminum electrolysis cells, slideways in walking beam furnaces, and kiln car surfaces in ceramic kilns.

Product description: dense fused ZrO2-Al2O3-SiO2 refractory brick.
Product features: resists molten metals, slags, and highly corrosive chemicals at high temperature; excellent high-temperature creep and thermal shock stability.
Typical applications: steelmaking converter tap holes, tundishes, ladle working layers; petrochemical cracking furnaces, reformers, gasifier linings; high-temperature reactors and sintering furnaces; lithium battery cathode sintering kilns and solid electrolyte firing furnaces; new material test furnaces.

Chrome corundum brick
Product description: high-performance brick with Cr2O3 in solid solution within an Al2O3 matrix.
Product features: resistant to alkali slags and oxidizing atmospheres; wear resistant; better thermal shock performance than pure corundum bricks.
Typical applications: hydrocracking furnace linings, coal gasifiers, and forging furnaces under severe corrosion.

Mullite lightweight brick
Product description: aluminosilicate lightweight brick with mullite as the main phase, graded by Al2O3 content and service temperature.
Product features: low bulk density, low thermal conductivity, good thermal shock stability; strength increases with grade.
Typical applications: cracking furnaces, reformers, soaking pits, hot blast stoves, regeneration units, ceramic tunnel kilns, and glass tank insulation/backup layers.

Product features: light weight, low thermal conductivity, good workability and machinability, and low overall cost.
