Unshaped Refractories Series
High-Strength Wear-Resistant Castable
Product Details
Product Overview+
High-strength wear-resistant castable is a cement-based single-component dry powder material made with high-strength aggregates, mineral admixtures, and wear- and crack-resistant components through an optimized industrial formulation. It is mixed with water on site and applied easily, providing strong integrity, low wear loss, and excellent impact and compressive performance. With polymer modification, bonding to base concrete or steel silos becomes stronger, making it suitable for wear-protection areas with high cost performance.
Material Composition+
High-strength cement + high-strength aggregates + mineral admixtures + crack- and wear-resistant components (including a polymer-modified system).
Product Features+
- High strength, wear resistance, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, and oil seepage resistance
- Good flame resistance, low water absorption, and resistance to high and low temperatures
- Good durability and long service life
- Easy construction, fast application, and simple operation
- Strong integrity, easy to repair, and not easy to delaminate
- Non-toxic and odorless, environmentally friendly, and worker friendly
Construction Method+
Add water on site and mix; trowel or spread to form an abrasion-resistant layer of a certain thickness; after standard curing, it meets service requirements.
Typical Industries and Locations+
Metallurgy, coal, thermal power, chemical, cement: slag channels, ore chutes, coal unloading chutes, hoppers, silo or steel silo liners with wear-resistant layers; hydropower and ports: spillway gates and discharge hoppers with wear-resistant layers, used to protect base concrete or steel silos.
Scope of Use+
- Power generation: coal unloading trenches, coal hoppers, coal storage bins, dry coal grizzlies, car dumpers, slag rakers, water treatment, etc.
- Chemical: anti-corrosion floors, pump foundations, etc.
- Coal: gangue bins, media tanks, scraper conveyors, bucket elevators, chutes, screen underflow hoppers, and other wear areas
- Steel: blast furnace mixing bins, sinter bins, feeders, pelletizers, etc.
